2015-06-12 - 12:18 p.m. A ronin samurai had lost his family. Lost in despair, he did nothing but do calligraphy on the ground in the square. The local lord himself came to get him to stop, but he refused. So the lord drew his blade and attacked, but the ronin effortlessly deflected the blow with only the calligraphy brush, scouring the side of the brush. Again the lord attacked, and again he was deflected, this time scouring the other side of the brush. The lord knew that one more attack would break the brush, and he would cut down the ronin. But instead, he sheathed his blade and left the square, and let the ronin continue his work.
